• Deposit of 50% with confirmation of booking. Balance 50%, 30 days prior to arrival. 100% for bookings less than 30 days before arrival.

• Cancellation charge 50%, if cancelled in writing more than 30 days prior to arrival.   100% if less than 30 days prior to arrival, in writing.

• Extras : guests are required to pay all extras [phone calls, drinks, meals other than breakfast, etc] directly.

• Insurance - Guests are advised to take out travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation, personal loss etc.

• Prices are quoted in South African Rand and include VAT and are subject to change without notice.

• A surcharge wil be payable for late arrivals

We also reserve the right to accept or refuse any person at any time, without giving reasons therefore. Florida Hills Bed & Breakfast and their staff members shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his or her luggage or other personal property, wherever the same shall arise from or be occasioned by the negligence of Florida Hills Bed & Breakfast or other persons directly in the employment or service of the company or otherwise under any circumstances whatsoever.
