Deposit of 50% with confirmation of booking. Balance 50%, 30 days prior to arrival. 100% for bookings less than 30 days before arrival. |

Cancellation charge 50%, if cancelled in writing more than 30 days prior to arrival. 100% if less than 30 days prior to arrival, in writing. |

Extras : guests are required to pay all extras [phone calls, drinks, meals other than breakfast, etc] directly. |

Insurance - Guests are advised to take out travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation, personal loss etc. |
